A cliff-side ocean front property was purchased  with the request for a manageable home, all on one level. In addition, low maintenance was required.  The floor plan developed with two pavilions linked by an outdoor covered sitting area and pool.  The Lanai is sited for the prevailing breeze, but protected from the full oceanic head winds  that frequent the Carribean.
